Children First Foundation are thrilled to announce our partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania.
A trusted and well-known organisation, Ronald McDonald House Charities, has been operating in Australia since 1981, with 4 houses in Victoria and Tasmania, located only steps away from hospitals. Children First have worked with other Ronald McDonald House Charities across Australia and are excited to expand this relationship to deliver care to more children from developing countries.
This partnership provides new, exciting opportunities for delivering more care to disadvantaged children. Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania will provide some accommodation and services (largely pro bono) to children in the care of Children First Foundation, while Children First will continue to put the last child first, providing:
- comprehensive surgical stewardship by collaborating with exceptional Australian surgeons, health professionals and hospitals,
- 24/7 holistic care,
- enabling children to access life-changing treatment. And a chance to transform their lives!
