Giving a bequest is a simple and effective way for you to continue supporting the charity that is close to your heart. And ensuring you have a valid Will provides peace of mind for you and your family.

By remembering Children First Foundation in your Will you will be helping the world’s most disadvantaged children, as well as easing the financial burden of disadvantaged Australian families who have children with disabilities or chronic illness.

Suggested wording in your Will

The following is a suggestion for how to word your Will:

“I give and bequeath to Children First Foundation, (list percentage of estate or specific amount of money/items), free of all death and estate duties. The receipt of the Treasurer of the said Foundation shall be sufficient discharge to my Executors”.

We also recommend you consult a qualified solicitor who will ensure your wishes are carried out appropriately.
